The Family Medicine Leadership Conference is a long-standing offering of the Faculty Development Center, conducted annually in Austin, Texas to provide Texas Family Medicine leaders with ongoing professional development.  Attendees include department chairs and faculty, residency program directors and faculty, pre-doctoral directors and faculty, and administrative and fiscal faculty and staff.  Although the specific topics for each year’s agenda are decided in a variety of ways, including Delphi survey and past years’ written evaluations and suggestions, the focus is the effective leadership of Family Medicine educational programs.
